Psychological and sexual harassment: have a procedure!

If you are an employer in a small or large company, remember that you are required to provide a workplace free of psychological harassment.

As of January 1st2019, all companies must have policies for prevention of psychological harassment and complaint handling. You must put in place an effective mechanism known to everyone so you can be informed of any situation of psychological harassment.

Companies that do not fulfill this obligation will be held responsible for any conduct of psychological harassment that may occur within your company.
